Description We are looking for a Controller to join our team in Danvers, Massachusetts. The Controller will manage day-to-day accounting functions, handle financial statements, and work closely with the team to ensure the financial health of the organization. For additional information, please contact MICHAEL ABATE @ michael.abate@roberthalf;comResponsibilities: Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger Utilize accounting software systems effectively to ensure efficient financial operations Collaborate closely with warehouse members and contribute to inventory management Implement and monitor budget processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives Perform month-end close processes and prepare financial statements Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain the integrity of financial data Manage financial applications to streamline accounting processes Oversee Accounting Functions including the management of financial data and the preparation of financial reports Ensure accurate record keeping and timely financial reporting.Requirements Solid understanding and experience with Accounting Software Systems Proficiency in CRM Knowledge and experience in various Accounting Functions Proven skills in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) Past experience in Auditing preferred Familiarity with Budget Processes Ability to handle Month End Close activities Experience working with General LedgerRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
