Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. This role will primarily be focused on providing exceptional customer service, handling a multi-line phone system, and performing data entry tasks. Responsibilities Managing a multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered and directed appropriately Delivering superior customer service, addressing customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Conducting data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all customer records are up-to-date Handling email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely manner Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various administrative tasks Organizing files and maintaining an orderly filing system Scheduling appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and reminders are set.
