Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives.Position SummaryAs a Medical Device Assembler, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing high-quality medical equipment that directly impacts the lives of patients worldwide which will enhance patient care and improve healthcare outcomes.In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills across a variety of production areas related to catheter assembly and machine operation, utilizing a wide range of equipment, fixtures, gauges, and hand tools to manufacture, assemble, test, and package medical device products.BENEFITS: Competitive Base Salary Shift Differential Pay Incentive Opportunities Comprehensive Benefits Generous Paid-Time-Off Package Paid Holidays 401k with Match Tuition ReimbursementSCHEDULE 1st shift schedule 5:00 am - 1:00 pm (Monday-Friday), OT on Saturday (as-needed basis) 2nd shift schedule 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Monday-Friday), OT on Saturday (as-needed basis)CAREER PATH: Operators have seen career development into production leads, test services technicians, QC Inspectors, and material handlers.Principal Responsibilities Manufacture, inspect, and package products following written processes. Utilization of microscopes, magnifiers, and small tools to complete work instruction. Meet or exceed daily production standards. Perform in-process quality inspections to standards and readily identify and escalate quality issues. Accurately maintain logs, forms, and paperwork. Comply with all policies, work instructions, quality regulations, SOP’s, GMP’s, and GDP’s. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow clean room protocols (good hygiene, wear gown, booties, hair net & PPE). Perform a variety of packaging processes across all disposable codes. Participate in continuous improvement activities and Lean initiatives. Support business needs by working overtime on an as-needed basis. Cross-train across multiple operations within one or more lines following the Teleflex training program. Adhere to and ensure compliance with Teleflex's Code of Ethics, all company guidelines, policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards. Work collaboratively in a team environment. Maintain regular attendance. Follow safety regulations and maintain safety awareness. Perform other duties as assigned.Education / Experience Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior medical device manufacturing experience preferred. Must be able to read and understand policies, procedures, and processes written in English.
