What You’ll Do:
Safely operate tow trucks to provide roadside assistance and towing services.
Ensure vehicles are securely loaded and transported per safety regulations.
Perform basic mechanical inspections and maintenance on tow trucks.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, reassuring attitude.
Navigate efficiently using GPS to reach service locations promptly.
Work alongside Police agency's
Help maintain the shops and yards as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
TIM's certification ( can be done at Learning.respondersafety.com for free)
Customer service skills: You’ll be the face of our company when drivers need help most, so communication and care are key!
Valid DOT health card
Team player: Positive, reliable, and able to work well with your colleagues.
Local knowledge: Familiarity with roads, highways, and local routes is a huge plus.
Must be able to cross state lines
Must come in person to do application and background /CORI form
