Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interact with clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
Lead, manage, and work alongside outdoor living construction crews on day-to-day tasks.
Delegate responsibilities to team members and monitor progress to ensure quality standards are met.
Operate medium-duty dump trucks, Excavator, skid steer and other landscape and construction equipment.
Oversee hardscape projects, including the proper excavation, compaction, and installation of patios, walkways, walls, pool patios, cobble work, fireplaces and firepit, and outdoor kitchens.
Collaborate on full outdoor living installation, construction projects, working with designs for plantings, trees, drainage and lawn installations
Assist in managing the financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking.
Maintain a safe and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should possess:
1 to 2 years of experience leading a landscape construction crew preferred.
3 to 5 years’ experience in the landscape and carpentry construction industry
Positive attitude and willingness to learn with strong attention to details
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor crews.
Ability to read and follow designs and plans.
Experience in hardscaping (pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens) and soft scaping (plant, tree, and lawn installations).
Proficient in operating equipment such as dump trucks, excavator, skid steer, construction trailers compactors, and saws.
Valid MA driver's license and DOT medical card (required).
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from: per hour. Pay is reflective of the experience of the candidate.
