Position Responsibilities
- Supervise and train new detailers, maintaining performance standards.
- Manage and coordinate detailing services, ensuring efficient and quality work in line with customer requirements.
- Provide leadership in line with the company's vision and values.
- Facilitate effective communication between detailers and customers for smooth delivery and problem resolution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technological proficiency related to the industry.
- Review contract extras and changes, coordinating with sales personnel for accurate customer billing
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Division Director.
