The Beach Plum Spas, on Cape Cod, are looking for a highly talented and professional Asst. Spa Manager to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years spa experience. The Asst. Spa Managers major responsibility is to assist Spa Manager in the day-today running of the spa.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Promotes professional and customer service focused environment.
- Trains all spa coordinators and responsible for all front desk operations.
- Clearly communicates all spa policies and procedures to staff
- Sets a positive and friendly work environment.
- Trains all new employees.
- Ensure all employees follow company protocols.
- Maintains cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for all spa guests.
