A rapidly growing automotive repair shop seeks an individual(s) who wishes to gain experience selling service, building customer relationships, and growing a business. Technical knowledge is not required, however this person must have exceptional people skills, organizational habits, and the willingness to learn.
General responsibilities and duties:
Gather and interpret customer information and concern(s).
Utilize service counter software to set, monitor and maintain production and financial goals.
Sell service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic work.
Maintain skill levels and competency in selling through continuous formal and informal learning opportunities.
Schedule appointments.
Appropriately communicate with customers, technicians, and management.
Prepare estimates and repair orders using an electronic shop management system.
Manage workflow via Electronic Inspection System.
Properly handle phone calls in a timely manner.
Handle customer complaints.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Educate customers regarding upcoming repairs and maintenance.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Conduct follow-up phone calls for customer satisfaction tracking.
Contact “lost” customers for customer relationship management.
Conduct various other duties as assigned by management.

We operate in a production environment, meaning the more Gross Profit you produce, while maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction, the more money you will make!
