Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Security/Attendant to join our team. As an Security/Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle conflicts, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide information about the facility, services, and amenities
- Assist guests with their needs and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations
- Handle guest complaints or conflicts in a calm and professional manner
