We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beach Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the beach experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist beachgoers with their needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor beach areas to ensure cleanliness and safety for all guests.
Assist with parking services to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and guests to address inquiries or concerns.
Check vehicles and Golf Carts to make sure they are part of the Association and have the proper permit.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a retail or hospitality setting.
Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
