We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Appliance Sales & Service Specialist to join our team with a focus on excellent customer service! You will resolve customer issues, answer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. The general role of this position is to drive sales and service initiatives, develop outbound leads and inbound leads, by responding to leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel, with the goal of converting them to revenue.

If you prefer to sit in a quiet office by yourself all day, this job is NOT for you. Your attitude and effort will determine how successful you are in this role.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Create sales material to present to customers

Respond to all e-mail, online, and phone leads immediately (within two-five minutes) on scheduled workdays

Make and receive phone calls to/from customers.

Create social media and ad campaigns

Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with goal of setting an appointment

Provide information and marketing material to leads/prospects

Utilize lead-management software

Create and deliver ongoing e-mail and online campaigns with Sales Manager

Qualifications:

Two years experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields required

Quick learner to learn about products and effectively market and sell them

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Proven video, graphic arts, online sales, email and phone communication skills to articulately and professionally handle interaction with customers, team members, trade partners, and general public.

Sufficient computer skills to make graphics, advertising, online sales, in addition to other common computer and web-based computer programs

Customer-focused and personable

Sales contact/lead management database experience

Solid organizational and planning skills

Maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision

Ability to multi-task and manage time well

Must be able to learn and follow proven sales process

Must be available weekends
