The Countertop Stop is looking for a dynamic Showroom coordinator and estimator to join our team. Kitchen and Bath experience to some extent is ideal, but we are willing to train the right person.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting customer and walking them through the showroom to make selections and tell them about what we can offer.
Scheduling appointments for our kitchen designers to go measure kitchens.
Scheduling appointments for countertop and reface measures.
Answering the phone and responding to emails.
Helping to coordinate plumbers as necessary for top removal/installs.
Ordering sinks and faucets for projects.
Site visits to take measurements for Countertop & Reface quotes Typing up estimates and following up on them.
Skills that will help you succeed:
Time management skills
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, excel)
Ability to meet deadlines and to multi-task several projects simultaneously.
Kitchen & Bath showroom experience a plus
