Position: Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Job Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for overall office operations of David Ricardi Designs, including staff & client support and responding to their inquiries, as well as all financial support of the company. In addition, the role will assume back-up responsibilities for and supporting staff members from start to finish on various client design projects. Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Weekly payroll
Sales tax deposits and quarterly payments
QuickBooks entries and overall management
AR/AP weekly chart management
401k deposits
Manage filing systems and office supplies
Invoice clients
Banking (daily/weekly deposits)
Update office policies and onboard new hires
Assist with Showroom coverage & back-up customer service to all clients
Sort mail and answer phone calls
