Ridgewood Hotel Group (DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Cod – Hyannis and Holiday Inn Cape Cod – Hyannis) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Payroll Administrator. This is a year round position, full or part time may be possible. Hotel may have some flexibility as to schedule for well-qualified candidates. Eligible for benefits including Hilton Team member travel benefit. Salary commensurate with experience.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
· Process payroll weekly (Mondays) via ADP Payroll system
· Collect, update and consistently manage all employee files.
· Take/distribute weekly staff meeting minutes
· Process invoices through M3 accounting system
· Order supplies, intake of mail daily
· Assist sales department with various daily administrative tasks (printing/distributing weekly summary of events, processing daily banquet checks)
· Other administrative tasks as required.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Hotel experience beneficial
· HR experience beneficial
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills: aptitude for numbers
· Positive attitude
· Understanding of human resources and labor rules and regulations helpful
· Attention to detail
· Working knowledge of ADP payroll software and/or ability to learn
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Interpersonal skills
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
