This position is based in our Brewster, Cape Cod location.

Welcome and assist visitors and clients at the Brewster Animal Care and Adoption Center in a friendly and courteous manner;
Answer the telephone promptly, provide callers with excellent customer service, and transfer calls if needed;
Respond to inquiries by email and forward messages if needed;
Manage flow of foot traffic in the Brewster Animal Care and Adoption Center as needed during adoption hours.
