Hello, I am looking for one experienced local cleaner to clean before and after guests who stay at my home this June/July. I rent my home out to tourists during the summer mostly during the week when I am up in the city closer to work (I'm down a lot on weekends) and need someone to clean before and after each guest.
$40/hr to clean each room appropriately and have sheets and towels washed/ready for the next guest.
Usually the cleaning is needed between 11am til 4pm. Its not always on the same day of the week though. It typically takes 2-3hrs for myself to clean my 2 bed, 2 bath home, but depends on the number of guests and laundry.
