We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our beautiful 32 unit townhouse condominium community. Position will include housing on property. Hours are some what flexible and are part time which will allow Manager to have the option of another part time job off-site
Responsibilities:
-Assist in the operation and administration of the condominium complex
-Property Manager will reside on site in the Association's cottage
-Identify and address maintenance needs as directed by Trustees
-Identify and address landscaping needs as directed by Trustees including supervising landscaping company
-Support the service requests of individual homeowners.
-Maintain on-site pool on a daily basis during the summer season
-Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
-Previous experience with and ability to perform routine building maintenance and landscaping
-Possesses excellent communication and organization skills
-Ability to build rapport with homeowners
-Ability to multitask and prioritize
