McNamara Bros., Inc., a large, well-established company based in Harwich is hiring a Landscape Account Manager to help manage and oversee the maintenance department. Position is full time, year round.
Responsibilities will include:
Meet with clients, complete proposals, act as front line customer service manager
Provide supervision and guidance to maintenance crews; prefer minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory role
Ability to work independently and lead by example
Candidates will possess the following requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean, insurable driving record
Extensive experience in landscaping industry to include all aspects of landscape maintenance
Excellent communications and customer service skills
