Requirements :
Possess knowledge of plants and turf, knowledge of pruning, mowing, and irrigation.
Be able to establish rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team Player, establish positive rapport with employees.
Strong work ethic.
Efficient and manages time well.
Motivated and shows initiative.
Willingness to learn new tasks.
Passionate about gardening and maintaining landscapes.
Certifications and pesticide license a plus.
Valid drivers license a must! Reliable transportation.
