Job Description:
I am a 40 year old male. I have Cerebral Palsy and am wheelchair bound.
I am not Intellectually disabled and have no Issues with speech
I will need someone who can transfer me to a toilet and shower chair and bed, I currently weigh 230 and have had a hip fusion in my right hip
I am able to bare some of the weight to transfer. ( We have a a standing to sit Hoyer lift)
I currently live with my parents and sister, while looking for housing. They have two small dogs and a cat.
We really need some one to get me out of bed , help, with food and the camode, and possibly a shower. We have a morning/afternoon shift and night shift in mind, but we are flexible.

Activities of Daily Living that worker is required to perform:

completing the paperwork required for receiving personal care services
