Small retirement community has opportunities for LPNs and RNs. All shifts available and part time or full-time. Full- time sign-on bonus of $5,000. We are a non-skilled facility and our Charge Nurses pass meds and oversee resident care. We have a very high caregiver to resident staffing ratio and have 27 residents. We are a Private Pay community with very satisfied residents and families. The pace is far slower paced than a SNF and the environment is very homelike and pleasant. Our residents are out in the common areas all day participating in activities, dining and engaged. Residents are very rarely in their rooms and call bells are a very rare sound here. Great team, welcoming workplace, great opportunity.
