BLUEFINS of Falmouth has a Position open immediately for Full time, year round Sous Chef. Qualified individuals with a minimum of 2 years experience at high end, high volume restaurants. Must have a good work ethic and have the desire to produce superior quality food efficiently. Experience in ordering inventory, inventory control, cost control, prep work and working on a busy line creating top quality dishes.
Not required to make sushi.
