Fancy's Market and Osterville Market Partners are looking to hire an assistant manager for our markets. The ideal candidate will train at Fancy's Market in Osterville and then be willing to travel to Wimpy's Seafood and Cafe in Osterville and to The Break in Hyannis. Some duties of the assistant manager will include: Learning all departments so during busy times they are able to step in to help, overseeing fellow employees, handling customer concerns, handling cash (ex: making change), doing some ordering alongside fellow managers, among other things. Our ideal candidate should be friendly with fellow staff and customers and have some experience with working in markets and/or management. We are willing to train the right candidate.
