Position Overview: As a member of our kitchen team, you will play an essential role in preparing and delivering delicious meals to our guests. Whether you’re working as a line cook, prep cook, you'll be a key player in maintaining the quality and consistency of our offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning best practices, growing in the industry, and being part of a dedicated and passionate team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

●Working breakfast and lunch shifts, from 6 AM to 3 PM, as part of a dynamic team

●Collaborating with fellow cooks, bakers, and hospitality professionals to prepare high-quality meals

●Tasting food regularly to ensure consistency and quality

●Holding down a busy station and managing multiple tasks while maintaining calm and efficiency

●Preparing ingredients with attention to detail, including basic knife skills and food prep

●Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation and health department standards

●Helping with additional duties such as dishwashing and cleaning floors as needed

●Handling weekend and holiday shifts as required

●Able to stand for long periods, lift 20-30 lbs, and work efficiently in a busy kitchen

Specific Requirements:

●Able to work breakfast and lunch shifts (6 AM – 3 PM)

●Willing to take on different roles, such as line cook, prep cook, or dishwasher as needed

●Able to handle a busy kitchen station and maintain quality and consistency

●Must be able to multitask calmly and effectively

●Familiar with health and safety standards and able to keep the kitchen clean and organized

●Must be able to work weekends and holidays
