These are excellent year 'round positions.

THE POSITIONS—AM or PM

Meal prep and cooking for up to 150 guests per dinner day during the busy season.

Kitchen, dining room set up and cleaning.

Kitchen, buffet line, dining room set up and cleaning.

Coordinate with coworkers to accomplish all shift tasks.

Not ready for a Lead position yet but love life in the kitchen? No worries: work with us to get trained!

YOUR BACKGROUND

Good knife skills.

Hotline cooking in a restaurant, school, camp or other commercial kitchen.

Salad line preparation.

Massachusetts Food Handlers card, ServSafe, or equivalent or ability to obtain within 30 days of starting.

Awesome reputation as a reliable co-worker; obsessed with being on time each shift; committed to guest service through food!

PAY and SHIFTS

Pay range starts at $19-$23/hour.

Breakfast/AM shifts and Dinner/PM shifts.

A generous retirement plan is available when you become eligible.

Additional hours available in Housekeeping and general Retreat Center upkeep.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

All new hires must love making people happy by putting out great food!

Must pass criminal background check.

You really must be an awesome co-worker and ready to pitch in across different areas of the Retreat.

An outstanding record of attendance and punctuality.
