Sam Diego's is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our well established team. This job entails all of the normal duties of a Kitchen Manager including ordering food product, hiring, scheduling and training line cooks, cooking on the line and ensuring consistent food quality as well as following food safety standards.
