Kitchen Manager/chef

New 90 seat restaurant on Upper Cape Cod is hiring a Chef / Kitchen Manager. Must be organized and keep and immaculate kitchen. Must be experienced , good references, creativity. We have forty years of restaurant ownership and many employees are now partners if that tells you anything about us. Duties include food preparation, ordering, food cost analysis, quality control, able to lead a crew with structured responsibilities.
