167 Raw Fish Market is located on the island of Nantucket off the coast of Massachusetts.
This award winning fish market offers fresh seafood from the New England waters. Our fish butcher will be breaking down whole fish to display in our fish market.
The seasonal operation is hiring positions from July to October, with flexibility on dates.
Must have experience breaking down whole fish.
Whole fish includes: Swordfish, Halibut, Salmon, and Tuna.
Work 6 days a week, 10am - 6pm.
Hourly wage with overtime and tips, expect $2,000 - $2,400 (pre tax).
Weekly pay.
Must have a positive attitude and can provide employee referrals.
This position has housing for rent of $268, weekly including internet, maid service, trash removal, and basic paper goods.
REQUIREMENTS
1 year, minimum of fish butcher experience
Must be organized and keep a clean station
Self sufficient in cutting fish and organizing market's fish needs
Full availability and flexible schedule
Ability to cook/prep food items a plus
Able to lift 50+ lbs
