Role: Cleaner - Vacation Rental Homes
Goal:
We are seeking a top quality cleaner for our 3 vacation rental homes in Chatham, MA. We are expanding our vacation rental portfolio and this is an opportunity to be a part of our team as we grow and expand on Cape Cod.
Responsibilities:
Must use Turno app for communication and tracking purposes
Must have multiple people on your team to ensure someone is always able to arrive prompt for the cleaning
Complete all assigned cleaning tasks the same day as the check-out and before the next guest arrives. Majority of change over occurs June-August on Saturdays. Off season cleanings on different days of the week do occur
Promptly report issues and be highly responsive. Upload photos after every cleaning.
Communicate supply needs and be willing to replenish items as needed
Restock shampoo/condition/body wash, toilet paper and paper towels after every cleaning
Review Staging Checklist upon completion and upload photos of all rooms to Turno after cleaning to safeguard you and our company in the case damage is discovered and ensure we have proof that all of our rooms are clean upon new guest arriving
Wash, fold and store lines including towels and bedding. Laundry must be included in cleaning payout and not an extra charge.
Beds include quilts which do need to be washed on an ad-needed basis. Additional quilts are available in the event that time does not allow for quilts to be washed and dried during cleaning, but should be dried and brought back to the house before the next guest arrives.
Make beds
Proactively address maintenance concerns - replace light bulbs, batteries, etc.
Be mindful of where items should be placed in the home, photos will be provided for areas where utensils, plates, dishes, pots/pans should be placed.
Results:
98% 5-star cleaning star rating
100% of turn overs are completed on time and before the next guest arrives
Base Pay includes full cleaning plus laundry service
BONUS PAY: 5-star clean

Evidence of Liability Coverage- must maintain and provide Certificate of Insurance with the following insurance: (a) Workers Compensation Insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 and (b) comprehensive general liability insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.

Do you have a runner service? (For example, if a smoke alarm battery goes off, WiFi goes out, water isn’t woking, etc. etc.)
Are you comfortable changing batteries on technology like a smoke detector, smart lock, security camera? (We can teach you how to do this)
Are you able to service amenities like grills, firepits, etc. and do you charge and extra fee?
What cleaning supplies do you need us to provide?
Are you comfortable refilling soaps/shampoo/conditioner containers?
Are you able to pick up supplies for the home (like toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) or are you comfortable with us sending supplies to your home for you to restock in the rental unit?
