Kitchen Help
Position: Cook
Duties: Work with head chef, follow prep list and portion control, follow proper food handling procedures i.e. monitor temperatures rotate product, stock cold tables, restock at end of shift, prep and wash shellfish for service, wash dishes, cook orders, filter, and clean fryers according to schedule, maintain kitchen cleanliness i.e. sweep, mop, trash removal.
