We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow in the world of production baking! This position is ideal for someone interested in hands-on experience with mixing batters, assembling pies, and shaping croissants.
We’d love to train the right person on our AM bake process, with the goal of them being able to fill in as needed—and potentially take over a part time Am bake position this fall.
Details:
Schedule: 3–4 shifts per week during June, July, and August, starting around 6/8 ish- 12/2 ish
Potential: Opportunity to transition into the part time AM baking role in the fall
Ideal Candidate: Reliable, motivated, interested in learning production baking, and open to early morning shifts
We would prefer previous kitchen/bakery experience but we are happy to train a home baker how to produce at a larger scale. We are organized, provide a set schedule and try to provide a low stress happy work environment.
