Portuguese, Spanish or other World Language Teacher for Early Childhood and Elementary (Sagamore, MA)
Small private Montessori school in Sagamore is looking to hire a World Language teacher. This position is part time, 5-7 hours per week and follows a typical school calendar. The hours are generally fall between 11am and 2:30 pm. Candidates should have appropriate experience in the language teaching realm as well as strong communication skills and a willingness to be part of a dynamic group of educators. If interested, hours could be extended to encompass. Yearly schedule follows typical school calendar with holidays and week-long vacations in both February and April. This position could be ideal for a parent with school-age children. Candidates should love children, be eager to create and facilitate fun and enjoyable activities, be able to provide a structured and safe environment, and be able to communicate with parents. If the course permit, there could also be opportunity as an assistant in our Elementary I classroom with children 6 to 9 years of age. Experience working with children is required. Criminal Background Check, Fingerprinting and CORI will be required.
