Children's fishing program on Cape Cod is seeking staff for summer 2024! Work period begins July 8th and ends August 22nd. Applicants must be age 18+.
Candidates should enjoy working with children and have a passion for the marine environment. A marine science background or outdoor education background is a plus, but not required. Fishing experience is a plus, but not required if you wish to learn!
Positive energy, enthusiasm, integrity, reliability, and a sense of humor required! Must be comfortable on boats and spending days in the sun.
Job tasks include baiting fishing hooks, helping kids with basic fishing skills, engaging children in fun games and educational activities, interacting professionally with parents, and exercising a superior level of vigilance to ensure child safety.
Work schedule is Monday through Thursday of each week, with Fridays reserved as a rain date.
Open to full-time and part-time candidates.
