Duties

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Skills
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Experience in childcare settings.
Ability to educate children through play-based learning activities.
Proficient in infant care techniques and understanding developmental milestones.
First aid and CPR certification is preferred to ensure the safety of all children.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.
Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude towards young learners.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
