Job Overview:
We're seeking a full-time candidate to work as a dedicated Charter Services Specialist. In this roll, you will be working on all facets of charter and special events, from initial inquiry to seamless execution. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of charter and special events
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries
Effective communication with both management team and drivers
Coordinate and execute multiple projects efficiently
Ensure attention to detail in all tasks
Help develop, implement and oversee our Customer Service program

Requirements:
2 -4 years in Customer Service Field, experience in the transportation industry a plus! Experience in using Microsoft Suite and Google Suite needed. Ability to learn new programs and master the skills needed to become an expert in the key competencies for this role required.
Pay Details:
$28 up to $32/hour
