Description Robert Half's client in Canton, MA is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative that has problem solving, critical thinking, and data entry skills. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor who serves as the team lead.Responsibilities: Prepare and process orders for our fulfilment warehouse. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by phone and email. Maintain proper files and data within our ERP system and spreadsheets. Work as a team player to continually find ways to better engage and assist our customers. Interact with our sales, logistics and accounting teams to assist in maintaining high customer satisfaction.Location: Canton, MA - 2 days in office (Monday & Thursday)- remote other days - onsite for training Duration: 3-6 month contract - could be longer for the right fit Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00 Pay: $22-$25/hr - based on experinceRequirements - Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite

Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

Proficient with computers and technology platforms

Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
