Description We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Specialist role in the Wholesale Distribution industry, located in Canton, Massachusetts, 02021, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be instrumental in handling customer accounts, processing credit applications, and resolving customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications in line with company standards. Accurately maintain customer credit records to ensure up-to-date information. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary. Handle cash activity with accuracy and integrity. Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services in the execution of daily tasks. Employ CRM to manage customer interactions and data. Perform Accounting Functions as part of the role's responsibilities. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively and efficiently. Execute Billing Functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is crucial for the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a prerequisite for this position Experience with CRM is essential for maintaining client relations and managing transactions Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is required to ensure smooth financial operations Mastery of Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary to handle payment processing and invoice generation Knowledge of Billing Functions is mandatory to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection Ability to manage Cash Activity is a key requirement for this role to ensure accurate recording and tracking of cash flow Experience in Cash Handling is important for maintaining accurate records and ensuring safe handling of cash transactions.
