Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, (Minneapolis, Nashville, or Colorado Springs)

As a member of the Philips IGT (Image-Guided Therapy) Commercial Operations Compensation Design team, you will be responsible for supporting the design of sales compensation plans, incentive programs, territory alignments, and quota methodology under the direction of the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations Design. Your role will require ensuring consistency and data quality, as well as building effective metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales compensation plans.Your role:

Provide support in the design and creation of sales compensation plans and incentive programs to drive strategic initiatives and support company objectives; creation of complex Excel models and cost simulators, and forecasting outcomes based on multiple variables.

Drive the development of sales compensation communication materials for multiple sales groups with exceptional attention to detail. This includes building and maintaining reports, presentations, compensation plan documents, dashboards, and metrics that monitor the integrity and effectiveness of sales compensation plans.

Conduct analysis of sales compensation plans and quota methodology to ensure alignment with business needs; collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize sales performance and drive business results.

Perform analysis to optimize the territorial expansions and alignments across multiple sales groups.

You’ve acquired to have at least 5 years work experience in an advance analytical role. Your skills include:

Excellent analytical, project management, problem-solving, and Excel skills, including advanced functions and modeling techniques.

Demonstrated experience in data analysis and forecasting, familiarity with compensation structures, sales alignment, and territory planning.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets.

Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex issues and ideas.

You have a bachelor's degree (business administration, finance, economics, or related discipline preferred). MBA preferred.

You’re a self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provide suggestions to streamline and improve processes, you’re experienced working and communicating with large sales teams and relevant stakeholders, you have an ability to influence and collaborate with the management team, and a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet commitments.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
