Job Description:The scientist will be responsible to run in vitro primary cell culture in 96-well plate format, perform serial dilutions of drug molecules, perform ELISA for cytokine analysis, and perform FACS flow cytometry analysis to look at cell populations changes and cell phenotype changes. Candidates with previous mRNA LNP production and characterization, and LNP antibody conjugation are preferred.Responsibilities:Perform in vitro primary cell culture using human PBMCs, Cyno PBMCs, and mouse splenocytes.Conduct serial dilutions of drug molecules and apply treatments using a multichannel pipette.Perform Live/Dead and antibody staining of cells.Conduct FACS flow cytometry using BD FACS Canto II, Fortessa, or LSR II and analyze data using FlowJo software.Perform ELISA for cytokine analysis and other immunoassays.(Preferred) Conduct mRNA LNP production and characterization.(Preferred) Perform LNP antibody conjugation.
