The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the go-to contact for lab operations, coordinating with scientists, facilities, and operations teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow.Manage equipment service requests, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely sourcing of lab supplies and consumables.Oversee waste disposal processes, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protocols.Monitor freezer and storage systems, respond to alarms, and maintain documentation.Lead periodic cleanouts, inventory updates, and calibration efforts to keep lab spaces organized and compliant.Conduct routine safety inspections and assist with follow-up actions to address findings.Support onboarding and offboarding of lab personnel, including workspace setup and access coordination.Interface with vendors to maintain stock levels of essential supplies and consumables.Maintain shared lab areas, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for daily use.
