Now’s your chance.The OpportunityAs a Health Lead Solutions Architect, you will act as a thought leader and evangelist for the use of leading edge digital and data solutions to support the missions of Health-focused federal agencies like CMS, AHRQ, and HRSA. In this role, you will act as a capture and proposal leader, working collaboratively with Abt’s go-to-market teams to support sales enablement activities. In addition, you will act as a delivery team lead, using your knowledge of federal Health-focused programs and IT systems to lead the design, development, and delivery of digital solutions with a high level of quality, resiliency, and timeliness.Core Responsibilities
Leads and manages the design, development, and delivery of integrated digital and data solutions and data products, managing across the dimensions of people, process, technology, and partners. Manages key delivery efforts including client management.
Supports conversations and demonstrations introducing Abt’s integrated digital and data solutions to the customer. Develops and maintains strong relationships with key agency and partner staff.
Serves as a recognized thought leader and expert in the intersection of digital technology and public sector Health programs, including relevant program, policy, data, and platform technology topics like Responsible AI. Maintains deep knowledge of these programs, data systems, and contractor ecosystems.
Works collaboratively with Abt’s Health-focused go-to-market teams, and leads capture and proposal efforts, focusing on high-priority, strategic engagements.
Develops and maintains working relationships with key partner organizations, including systems integrators, AI and data science firms, and cloud service providers for expansion of pipeline and generation of differentiated win themes.
Travel (up to 25%) to meet with clients and key partners, present at conferences, and perform other thought leadership activities.
What We Value
Bachelor degree +15 years’ experience, Master degree +12 years’ experience, PHD + 10 years’ experience
At least 15 years of experience working in public sector health with a focus on digital and data technology sales and delivery.
A successful track record and proven experience working with federal health-focused clients like CMS in both sales enablement and delivery settings. Demonstrated experience with client management on large, digital and data procurements.
Proven experience with public sector data modernization and digital transformation with a focus on federal health-focused clients like CMS, including deep experience developed and delivering integrated solutions architectures that leverage agency technology platforms, as well as automation and AI services.
Deep knowledge of federal health-focused agencies’ data platform technologies, vendor ecosystems, and agency teams, like those associated with CMS’s Integrated Data Repository.
Proven experience with solutioning activities aligned to the sales life cycle, including use of experience design and accelerators. Proven experience leading pre-sales activities like solutions design and development, gathering voice of customer, and use of accelerators.
Experience with frameworks for delivery of digital and data work like Agile, DevSecOps, AIOps, and MLOps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to think creatively and approach challenges in new or different ways. Able to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Strong communication skills, particularly in translating perceived needs into technical requirements.
AWS Cloud Certification, certifications for CRMs like Salesforce, Project Management Professional certification, and participation in key health-focused industry associations like HIMSS strongly preferred.
