Description My client, a PRE-IPO Biotech in Cambridge is hiring for a Controller to join their team. The Controller will report to the VP of Finance/CFO and oversee the accounting department and will also be responsible for helping with IPO Readiness. Compensation for this position is $175-210K + Bonus + Equity. This company is doing well, has a nice pipeline, will be raising series E shortly down the road, offers a hybrid arrangement and more. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
Public/Consulting or Public/Private background needed
Life Sciences is preferred
CPA is preferred
