Job Description

ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, Information Systems and Technology (IS&T), to serve as part of the VP of IS&T’s senior leadership team and as a senior strategic leader responsible for defining and evolving a service delivery model for advancing and maximizing the impact of information technology (IT) across the landscape of MIT’s research, academic, and administrative enterprises. Will be responsible for the development and operations of an IT organizational framework and services architecture that defines the overall delivery model for the various IT functions supporting MIT’s mission; and partnering with senior Institute leadership and MIT IT partners to develop the IT aspects of comprehensive service delivery strategies. Seek someone with a combination of deep organizational and consultative experience coupled with leadership skills and competencies. PREFERRED: doctoral degree.
