Associate Director, Commerical Data Program Management

The Associate Director, Commerical Data Program Management will be responsible for driving large-scale, cross-functional data programs that enable enterprise data transformation, commercial insights, and AI readiness. This role will oversee data strategy execution, governance, and program delivery to ensure the organization has a scalable, trusted, and actionable data foundation. The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and IT partners to streamline data operations, and make sure the right data is available for the business.What You’ll DoLead and execute enterprise-scale data programs focused on commercial data integration, governance, and accessibility.Oversee end-to-end program execution, including requirements gathering, solution design, delivery, and adoption.Collaborate with IT and business teams to establish scalable data models that support advanced analytics and AI.Ensure data programs enable faster, automated, and self-service reporting capabilities.Partner with data governance teams to establish business rules, standards, and data stewardship processes.Oversee the implementation of data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to enforce data privacy and security policies.Define and track data quality KPIs to measure program effectiveness.Oversee the integration of external data (IQVIA, Symphony, claims) with internal commercial data assets.Drive the standardization of commercial datasets for consistency across brands and regions.Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets.Oversee vendor partnerships and external data providers, ensuring delivery and contract compliance.Who You Are You are a strategic and results-driven data leader with a strong track record of managing and delivering complex commercial data programs.
