Description We are in search of a tech-savvy, robust infrastructure manager with solid hands-on experience in managing and supervising our company's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing technical operations and guaranteeing exceptional IT service delivery to our users.Responsibilities Include:
Designing, planning, implementing and managing the IT infrastructure across the organization.
Supervising technical projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Identifying IT systems inefficiencies, developing and implementing strategic solutions.
Developing and managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department and infrastructure.
Analyzing system and server logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
Collaborating with the Information Security department to implement proactive measures to secure our IT infrastructure.
Managing IT staff by training, coaching, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
Configuring and installing IT networks and system equipments.
