- Work closely with user researchers, service designers, and interaction designers to start from discovery and make sure appropriate content is shown to users in the right place and in the best format
- Apply an agile mindset to all aspects work using an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery
- Apply technical knowledge and experience to create/design workable prototypes, both programs and physical output
- Identify, analyze, manage, and monitor relationships with and between stakeholders
- Communicate with stakeholders clearly and regularly, simplifying mutual needs and commitments
- Manage customer and supplier relationships
- Determine patterns, standards, policies, roadmaps, and vision statements
- Translate user stories and propose design approaches or services to meet these needs
- Design content to meet user needs and make complex language and processes easy to understand
- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field
- At least 4 years of experience as a content strategist, content manager, author, or editor
- Must provide a writing sample demonstrating ability to explain a complex concept in plain language
- Experience working on content in a multi-channel digital environment
- Experience identifying user needs and working towards better meeting those needs
- Ability to use data to make informed decisions and prioritize work
- Experience with Drupal, ServiceNow, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and/or other similar tools
