We are looking to fill an immediate need for full-time overnight, dispatcher/driver for our tow facilit; 4-5 nights/week (will include holidays and weekends).
Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
Dispatching and routing of tow service calls
Ability to work with custom towing software program
Releasing vehicles to customers
Backup driver; may need to do tow(s) when needed.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Previous towing experience
DOT regulation compliance knowledge
Tow industry and regulation compliance knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Multitasking skills
Living locally is a plus
Job Requirements:
This position is full-time, in person (it is NOT remote)
Must have excellent phone and customer service skills
Pay structure will be commensurate with experience
