Owners must have the following to be considered
Over 2 years of verifiable CDL exp.
2 or less moving violations in the past 3 years
No DUIs or DWIs
A plated 3 axle semi tractor with that can pass a fresh DOT annual
Physical Damage and Bobtail Insurance
