Job Title: Launch Operator

Job Description:
The Eastern Yacht Club is seeking a skilled and licensed Launch Operator for the 2024 season. As a Launch Operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our launch services, providing members and guests with exceptional service and experiences on the water.
Responsibilities:
● Operate and navigate the club's launch vessels in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all US Coast Guard regulations and club policies.
● Transport members, guests, and supplies between the club and moored boats with professionalism and courtesy.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of launch vessels, ensuring timely service for our members
● Communicate effectively with the Dockmaster and other staff to coordinate schedules, respond to member requests, and address any issues or emergencies that may arise.
Requirements:
● Valid US Coast Guard license (Limited Master's License or tonnage license preferred).
● Previous experience operating launch vessels or similar watercraft.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
