Description: W.C. Gurrisi & Sons Inc. is seeking a skilled Class B Truck Driver to join our team. Day or night availability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Class B vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate Class B vehicles, including dump trailers, to transport materials to designated locations.
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with federal DOT regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle inspections.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
Requirements:
Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Must meet Federal DOT requirements for commercial drivers.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
